●思いやりとしての愛
愛の結晶である魂を持つ私たちは、自然に人を愛するようにできています。
そして、相手に足らないところがあれば、互いに進んでこれを補い合う「思いやり」の心を持つことが愛の出発点です。この「思いやり」の心を互いに持つことによって、お互いの心は開かれていきます。

●相互理解に基づく愛
次に、お互いに相手のことをよく理解することです。長所短所などお互いの違いについてよく理解していることは、互いに信頼し合う基本条件になります。

●信頼と尊敬に基づく愛
思いやりと相互理解の積み重ねによって、信頼と尊敬の人間関係が生まれてきます。
互いに信頼し尊敬することで、お互いの違いを越えてより愛し合うことができるようになります。

●愛されるだけ、愛するだけが愛ではない。相思相愛が理想の愛
愛の結晶である魂を持つ我々は、元々人を愛するようにできていました。
ですから、愛するだけ、愛されるだけで満足していてはいけません。
私たちはお互いに愛し合うことができた時にこそ、魂を持った存在として最も生きる喜びを感じることができるのです。

●愛は人を差別しない。人を縛らない対等・自由な愛
ただ、人に個体差があるように、人によっては持つ愛の強さに違いがあります。
しかし、私たちは基本的に愛の前では対等・自由であるべきです。
そうであってこそ、互いに切磋琢磨し成長できるのです。
個体差で人を差別するようなことは、育み育てる愛の本意ではありません。

●創造の力の源である愛
愛の存在を否定する者はこの世にはいないでしょう。
なぜなら、私たちの魂は愛の結晶だからです。
愛は生きる力の源泉であり、新しいものを生み育てる創造の力を持っています。
それゆえに、魂を持った私たちには創造の力があります。何かを育み育てる力があります。
お互いが対等・自由であれば、互いに切磋琢磨し、なおさらのこと創造力が発揮されていきます。
